This role encompasses everything from negotiating platform deals and managing contractor agreements to creating business plans, analyzing market opportunities, establishing operational workflows, and coordinating with legal/financial advisors. Specialists use business depth, negotiation skills, and operational expertise to build a professional, scalable studio structure.


Core Responsibilities

Partnership Development: Identify and negotiate with publishers, platforms, investors, partners

Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contractor agreements and partnerships

Financial Planning: Budgeting, revenue projections, cost analysis, funding strategies

Legal Compliance: Ensure studio meets UK business laws, employment regulations, IP protection
