Voluntary Departure

Helps plan for transition, not contractually required

In-Progress Work

• Complete them to earn points/credit, OR
• Forfeit points/credit for incomplete work
• We prefer completion for both parties' benefit

Departure Process

1. Notify head founder or other founders of your decision
2. Discuss status of active deliverables/projects
3. Agree on completion or handoff plan
4. Final review and acceptance of completed work
5. Departure confirmed, access to internal systems removed

Timeline: Usually within a day or so for a clean exit depending on circumstances.

Revenue Share After Departure

Founders:

• 6 months at 50% of founder revenue share (50% of your 10% total share)
