Programmer

Develops gameplay features, core systems, tools, and optimisations. Deliverables can include mechanic systems, networking implementation, NPC behaviours, custom editor tools, performance optimisation packages, and bug fix batches.

Game Designer

Come up with mechanics documentation, balance systems, and feature specifications. Deliverables can include weapon balance spreadsheets, progression system designs, complete GDDs for major features, onboarding designs, and competitive balance recommendations with supporting data.

Technology Evangelist

Researches emerging game technologies, industry innovations, and third party implementation features. Deliverables can include monthly technology trend reports, competitive feature analysis from similar games, engine comparison documents, emerging tools evaluation, and innovation opportunity briefs with implementation recommendations and ideas that could be part of the project.

Business Development & Operations

Identifies and pursues strategic partnerships, publisher relationships, and business opportunities. Deliverables can include partnership opportunity reports, publisher pitch decks, partnership agreements (drafted for legal review), market positioning analysis, competitive business landscape reports, and investor presentation materials.

Audio Specialist

Creates game audio including music, sound effects, ambience, and voice processing. Deliverables can include background music tracks, weapon and impact sound effects, environmental ambience loops, UI sound packages, character voice processing, and dynamic audio system implementation with mixing and mastering.

Narrative Designer

Develops game world lore, storylines, character backstories, creature/objects dossiers/information and documentation. Deliverables can include faction lore documents, character backstories, world-building documentation, in-game text and dialogue, codex entries, wiki content packages, and narrative design documents for story-driven content.
